Brand Identity & Presentation

Every touchpoint was designed to reflect the confidence and detail behind the Owen Scott name. The visual language combines clean typography, restrained colour, and premium photography to create a brand presence that feels sharp, modern, and unmistakably tailored. From labels and packaging to digital assets, the identity supports a more elevated experience without losing the character and personality that make the brand distinct.

Ecommerce shopping experience

The ecommerce experience was built to make premium product discovery feel effortless. Collections, category pages, and product detail layouts were carefully structured to balance editorial storytelling with clear commercial intent, helping customers move from inspiration to purchase with ease. On mobile and desktop alike, the journey feels polished, intuitive, and aligned with the quality of the garments themselves.

Appointment Booking & Locations

Because tailoring is personal, the site needed to support more than online sales alone. We introduced a clearer appointment booking journey that helps customers find the right service, choose a convenient location, and take the next step with confidence. This gives Owen Scott a stronger bridge between digital browsing and in-person consultation, making the overall customer journey feel more connected.

OS Sports

OS Sports was given its own presence within the wider site to showcase a different side of the brand while still feeling part of the same world. The pages allow Owen Scott to spotlight collaborations, sportswear products, and campaign imagery in a way that feels intentional rather than bolted on. This creates space for the brand to broaden its offer while maintaining a consistent premium standard throughout.
